Strategus Issues / Bought 50 plated chargers, didn't receive

I had bought 50 plated chargers from New Tash Kalun (NA) sometime at 2:00am EST. I saw that I spent around 150k silver on them, but I discovered that I didn't receive them today. I might've fucked something up or it glitched. Any ideas?
