Title: Nostalgia

I stumbled onto this game after a terribly bad experience with a horrible clan during one of the worst periods in my life. I spent an, honestly, unhealthy amount of time making my way to generation 19.

I remember Camping The Stairs and xKhanx, shield walls and [D]efend the Stairs!

I remember morning duels when the servers were "low" population at 15-20 people before the daily rush of 30/40 per side rolled in.

I remember goatee :D

I remember when archery was viable, and when horseback xbow was broken.

I remember overtuning athletics, running about with a rondel dagger, and absolutely assassinating backline players.

I remember getting stomped by players who were actually good at the mechanics, but also holding my own enough to enjoy most rounds.

I remember grand battles and good times, a lot of trash talk with very little malice.

I guess what i'm trying to say is it's weird that i'm back at a forum for a game i haven't really in at least 5 years, but that's a testament to quality and community.

Y'all provided some great times and i'm looking forward to what comes for CRPG Bannerlord.

Until then I'm honestly thankful for the times i had here, they are in my top 3 lifetime gaming experiences.

You guys are unironically the bestest.

More reasons to aknowledge the good times coming forward. I have high hopes for CRPG2.
I've been able to play with long time friends that I haven't seen for years because of this.
I also enjoy looking at all the veterans names poping in the game.

I've been around on the discord for the longest time waiting for this and talking everyday with the devs and other veteran players. I also made good real life friends because of this game that I keep seeing after all those years. We are very happy to see you all coming back!

it sure always warms my heart to read some old names in the ingame chat

there's so many damn names I have forgotten, and still some names that I'm missing but I'm happy for everyone who shows up
