It says on the site, that you should contact chadz about the change.

Okay thanks. As far as Alpha/Beta/Release. How will we receive it? Through email? I'm not too sure. ..

Email/Forum Mail/Forum Post. There are some ways, but I guess not by physical mail. ;)
