Hard to tell. It's quite a political process, not just a legal one.  House of Reps impeaches, which is analogous to indictment.  Senate conducts the trial. Impeachment is not automatic removal.  Only 2 Presidents have been impeached, Andrew Jackson and Bill Clinton.  The Senate acquitted both.  Nixon resigned before an impeachment vote by the House of Reps.

Well, until very recently I didn't really have any opinion about Trump. But after watching a few of his speeches I didn't need media to get to the conclusion that he's retarded.

He sure doesnt act like a president, but it seems more geniuine for him to just act himself as he did at his rallys. And he has still held a couple of rallys if im not mistaken, which is a pretty nice idea to communicate directly to the people, not get it botched through media.

Sure, why wouldn't it be? When the media is biased as much as it is against him, it's great that he can talk straight to the people. There is no such thing as "act like a president." Where does it say that presidents have to fake their personalities?
