its really not that consistent i did it about 4 times and the latency was different by about 5-10 every time.

For the record I think the current location of the servers is pretty good! Here are the top 4 I got using the link provided by our Donkey Overlord as well as the proposed Texas location.

North Central USA (Chicago, Illinois)38 ms
East USA (Boydton, Virginia)57 ms
Central USA (Iowa)   67 ms
North Europe (Dublin, Ireland)105 ms
South Central USA (San Antonio, Texas) 119 ms <--- Worse than EU ping

If NA servers move to Texas please move EU server to Ireland!

it should be noted that my ping is usually 50, not 80 on the current servers in chicago. For some reason I live in Seattle and my ping is 50 whereas all other west coasters have 60+  8-)
