English proficiency index - it's supposed to be the world's largest ranking of English skills. And has some weird numbers, Poland better than Belgium and Germany, RUssia better than Italy. Ruskies speak english?

Strange, are we not even in the top 60? I dont know a single person below 40 that doesent speak English, and most young people speak it very fluently. And we are a tourist country so its a must on the coast. I guess Croatia just isnt relevant  :oops:

Not surprised Sweden, Norway and Netherlands are top 3. But Finland got the 7th spot? Lol not sure if srs.

Also lmao at China and Russia speaking better English than Turkey.

Finland ranked third behind Denmark and Norway, and ahead of Sweden, in one test measuring vocabulary levels. Belgium was fifth.
