That is why I was a bit confused. If I hear someone has a sell fief that means they have a high price (20 or above). And if they have a buy fief its a low price (10 or below). Since I'm selling at those fiefs and buying at those fiefs, the fiefs are not doing so.

It was all a ruse. By confusing the shit out of the crpg community the poll will inevitably result in a tie. Which means I can do whatever I want with the fief while maintaining the pretense of some sort of democracy.
