Can we plz have a sticky with listed mods that works with c-RPG???

I know the more metal sound mod but i heard people speak of and extra blood mod and terrain upgrade mod ect ect..

Can someone link me these mods and could we plz get it in and sticky thread?

And yes i have tried search but couldnt find anything but the more metal sound mod.
