I have some magpies flying around here recently. They are not that widespread in this area, so I got a bit surprised.
Last time I have seen one passing by it was fought and scared away by all the bigger birds.

The birds were making all sorts of warning noises so I went outside. Then I saw something like this happen to a random black cat.


These cheeky little bastards  :mrgreen:

They are very smart so I like them.
But oh boy they are great at trolling

Bird calls and song seem pretty to humans, but the meaning behind them is usually equivalent to "GET THE FUCK OFF MY TERRITORY ASSHOLE. THIS IS MY HOUSE" and "BITCH YOU SO FINE, CHECK OUT MA [PLUMAGE/KICKASS CREST/BADASS VOCAL RANGE/etc], LET'S FUCK".
