The Crusaders of Acre is an old faction, founded on the principles of teamwork and structure by a player named Reinhardt. Through an extended period spanning multiple strateguses King Reinhardt led Acre bravely to gain renown and glory. Now under the leadership of King James of Acre we seek those who are willing to swear allegiance to our faction and take part in our tactics and formations. As we fight together, we value cooperation and skill. We encourage those who are affiliated with other factions to take part in our formations and fight with us on the field, but for those searching for a faction to call home, the Crusaders of Acre are here. (click to show/hide)The King is the figurehead of Acre. His duties are to manage the faction and lead it to the best of his abilities. With the Lords of Acre to assist him in leadership the King is to oversee the faction as a whole, commanding in strategus and assuring that the faction is kept in check.

(click to show/hide)The Royal Guard is a small group consisting of mainly mid-to-high ranking members of Acre entrusted with the job of protecting the King. Royal Guardsmen are to follow the King into battle and stick with him at all times, even when the battalion banner is not being used. They are considered reliable members of Acre, often tasked with things other members would not be. The Crusader trial is a sequence of three duels with three different higher ranking members of Acre. Upon finishing your Crusader Trial, you will be deemed worthy to hold the rank of Crusader of Acre. In addition, you will be allowed to add "Crusader_" to your name. (Example: Crusader_yournamehere_of_Acre) You will be looked upon as a Crusader, a full-fledged member of the Crusaders of Acre. (click to show/hide)When you join the Crusaders of Acre you become an Initiate. The first few days that you will have this beginner's rank is an opportunity to get to know those in our faction on our Teamspeak channel and ask questions about your future in the clan. At this point you should not change your name, but make your way to our fiefs on strategus and join our cRPG ladder. You will also be expected to sign up on this forum. After a bit of time, usually a couple of days, you will likely be promoted to a full member of Acre.

IV. Use Western European gear, but more specifically white or heraldic gear to match the rest of our members

VI. All members must be 18 years old or older. Exemptions are made for existing members under the age requirement and for players showing maturity.

Diplomacy:
All diplomacy is conducted by King James and Lord Axeman. We are an independent Kingdom operating under the Monarchy of King James. The King is advised by his council of Lords and Officers. Currenty the faction is involved in no conflicts.
The area shown here will from now on be considered a combat free trade zone. Players initiating combat inside the zone will experience enemy merc support from the Kingdom of Acre. This plan is modelled off of the Raven territory in the last age of Strategus. We intend to operate mainly as a free trade Kingdom and cannot have traders being harassed. In the interest of business we hope you can understand why this is not acceptable for us.
☩ Attacking traders who have been granted permission to trade and pass through our lands is not acceptable.
☩ We will in the future do our best to reinforce players who are attacked in our lands with permission and promise of protection.
☩ Players leaving the territory are not to be immediately ganked the second they pass outside our borders as shown on the picture. (Common sense applies here)

The Crusaders of Acre need YOU TODAY! We have a good group of chill guys and are always looking for more to join our forces. We are active in Strategus and plan on remaining active through the end of Strategus IV into Strategus V. We are specifically looking for players in the following categories:
Archer
Crossbow
Polearm
Cav
1h/Shield
We accept both french and english speaking players as our commanders speak both languages. However command in battle is delivered in english. If you can follow the commands in english and fight with us as a group you are welcome to join us. Lord Axeman and myself will communicate individual strategus orders in the language of your choosing. Currently the large majority of the clan speaks english as a first language with only a few members speaking french. We are however open to all players english or french who wish to join us and fight with us.
We accept people assuming they can prove some maturity to us. We will also accept classes not listed those are merely the ones needed the most.
We are very interested in Strategus and as so are looking for players who also share our zeal for Strategus. If you are a player enthralled by the true nerd potential of Strategus you may be our man.
