I'm always wondering which document says, that a kingdom must be bigger than a certain size.

I want a link.

A kingdom must consist of 4 duchies and their equivalent counties and barons. It also costs 300 piety but you gain 300 prestige.

(CK2 reference if you didn't catch it.)
