i love this pack but is the +3 great maul really supposed to look like someone in 1998 took a photo of a crt monitor displaying a pixelated gold ornament sprite, printing it on a transparent sticker, travelling back in time to the dark ages and just slapping it on the great maul? cos it looks awful

He can only do so much with the given texture resolutions. Also, you are not supposed to look at it from that up close.

Step2: Don't look at it that closely. There is only so much that can be done with the texture files.
