I like your colours for the unloomed polearms, meow, but i prefer the golden on the hilts of the swords, for the simple reason that they are more visible on the battlefield. After all, this mod is to allow people to distinguish between loomed and unloomed items, and I think the gold does much better that work than the silver (I picked up a MW nordic war sword and on the floor it looked just a bit shinier than the unloomed one on my hand, and i did only realize the change on the scabbard, which was still with golden details.
Nice idea though, I might modify myself for personal use a couple of textures that i see too shiny as well.

That said, congratulations to final boss for making most weapons so much nicer, it is a huge amount of work and the final result is great.

yeah, if you just replace the texture with polearm in it's name that should make everything else look as before :D
I can also do a version that only changes the wood color.

Still waiting for the head armour so I can show off my straw hat, yes, I heirloomed it in a pre-empt to the release! I agree that the mod makes useless things worth looming just because they look good.

Fucking peasants! Wont even keep their filthy blood off my armour!
This game isn't about being skillful as much as its about saying things in general chat that enrage people who then go to murder you but in their rage they make dumb mistakes which gets them killed.

Btw. I installed this again (and it worked this time! yay!) but I got a bug report.

My +2 One Handed War Axe looks exactly the same as a normal One Handed War Axe. Here's some screens.

Like I said before, its to simulate fresh wood. Later it is supposed to darken from handling.

Some people have the mentality that everything historical was unsaturated and lifeless. :P

I like the idea and like the color on the +0 polearms but they really jump out from the other model textures too much. Same way the kazakh outfit and the priest robes do, especially at night times. Most do not notice but it really disturbs me. Meow's pack was a definite improvement on pole shaft colors. I still do think gilded parts suit two and one-handers , they weren't actually that hard to see in courtly places.
