Shiny does not contradict battle efficiency. Neither do carvings significantly change a weapon's behaviour.

Another reason why I prefer the gilded look is that you can spot those with MW weapons from afar. This is a new gameplay element that helps peasants to avoid the uberlords, and also helps in looking for weapons on the ground.

And how is that different from having them look from semi decent to super high quality material wise without making the use of gold and ornaments.

Anyhow, no point in arguing over taste i guess.
As long as these stay optional i'm good.

Thanks, now I have to install it. Though the long spear is a bit too much filigree for my taste.

Well, you implied the German Poleaxe was to your taste. In my opinion, it hardly looks different than an unloomed one, and I'm not really able to distinguish them on the field.

Also, better materials don't make a lot of sense. Steel is steel. The different hues of gray are a bad indicator for weapon prowess.

But you are right, it's optional, so you are free to not use it, if you don't like it.

Run the installer as an administrator (right click, "run as administrator", click yes on the box that pops up). It has to access your program files, which are by default protected from non-admin users (or programs being run without admin privileges)

Many of scabbard models were not replaced. It's my bug. Thanks for reporting!

From what i got so far, no.
A lot of people can not handle the extra textures without load textures on demand enabled.

Stuff that fits the overall setting might get added like the bow models.
We hope we can add an option to the launcher at some point so you can just check a box and it will automatically install the pack for you.
Same would be great for the banner packs and stuff.

Wow that's some sad shit as these models are truely amazing. But i guess now CRPG are getting more laggy , while crashing happens more often then before so i think thats the reason Meow?  with the models from this pack it will encourage players to loom their items more as it will have a new better looking texture which is great.  this is still the best sub-mod for crpg so far :P  #

good job anyway, Shik has mention this on the credits: "final_boss: heirloom meshes/textures, new bow textures, new arrow/quiver meshes & textures." Well done

With this enabled, I see a lot of the unloomed polearms bright orange, is this intended, or am i missing some textures?
