Inability to see Fired ammo

I've had this problem where half the time, i don't/can't see my xbow bolts that are shot. Other times I can see it. Can anyone explain the problem?

Nope not that. I just went ahead and repaired it. I wonder if that will perm fix it or just lucky the battle i did just now.
