What is your relation to Remnant. Considering a remnant army 2 days ago was sighted going north(and then to attack mazen). Almost seems like you fella's were setting it up. Though remnant isn't chaos, they are seeming to get help from that side.
Remnant started as a group of ex-Chaos members who were not content with remaining in Chaos for a variety of reasons. Our relationship has been comparable to giving each other dirty looks from across the room while trying not to rekindle any old grudges. We haven't spoken often. Alternatively, if you look back at that "Betrayal" thread, it could have been likely that the whole thing was a ruse set up to confuse people. Maybe we were just yanking everybody's chain. Viewed in such a light, that whole thread almost foreshadows everything that is happening now.
In reality, while there may have been hypothesizing and speculation about how a new NA war might start or how people longed for NA vs NA battles on NA ping, there was not much conspiratorial premeditation or planning for this one.
It's worth noting that whatever faction's banner Shik flies under will be on the surface at best. Shik is a loose cannon who will fire into Strategus wherever fickleness leads a hero's heart.
