I'm not sure about this, but it seems to me females are still harder to hit than male characters.

Could it be that the hitbox fix has somehow been broken? Or is it me who can't aim properly?

I'm speaking from throwing here.. Dunno how it is with xbows and archers. Lactose, you have the same impression?

What hitbox fix?
No to the first thing, females and males use the same animations and the same skeleton, so the difference is purely visual.

It's because they were not wielding a katana that they could dodge projectiles better

I remember I think it was a Taleworlds patch that fixed the male and female character hitboxes a year ago or so.

I haven't researched this thoroughly at all though, just an impression.
