I was getting on the train this morning and this girl is talking obnoxiously loud next to me.

It means he was not paying close enough attention or she really is a gold star actor and deserves a medal...

It is biologically impossible for a woman to have an orgasm without temporarily "losing control" of her muscles. When the average chick is "faking it" she makes all the right sounds, but is still tensed or stiffened in a few places that should not be. Easy tell.
