It is alright as a try, imho. But the skull is too big to fit on the spot above players heads.
Also the green colour is not really fitting to the yellow-whitish skull. I would suggest a darker and not so intense blue, maybe blue-grey.
But! as said, its not a bad try.
For Conquistatore in german, for easier understantion:
Das Banner ist als Versuch in Ordnung. Allerdings ist der Schädel zu groß um auf den runden Platz über den Spielerköpfen zu passen.
Außerdem passt die grüne Farbe nicht wirklich zum Elfenbeinfarbenen Schädel. Da würd ich vielleicht eher n dunkleres und nicht so Intensives Blau/Graublau vorschlagen.
Aber! Wie gesagt, kein schlechter Versuch.
