Server Passwords

Why do some of the CRPG server randomly have passwords enabled?

as far as I know for the NA 120, it locks at 120 and then unlocks when it drops below 100.  prevents people from spamming join at 119/120

NA server only has 42 people on right now and is password protected...

Yup. Small servers are no fun =(

Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
