chadz a question for you. If a player that is level 32+ and he has won a lottery. What will happen then? Will he become level 31 instant?

Winning the lottery just gives you a loom point. It doesn't make you retire, lose xp, items or gold. It shows up in your equip screen and then you click on the button "Heirloom" (or something like that) of one of the items in your inventory.
