NA (Official) / Unban/ Technical problem?

I don't know if this is a unban request or not but my character is not allowed to get on any NA servers but I know I was fighting a guy yesterday on NA_cRPG7 because he started killing me after killing a girl on the server and trying to kill the virgin for some reason and so we fought a lot and he was the one who started it but I left yesterday and came back today to find I was banned from all the NA servers and I know what its like to be temp banned but it was only me and him. His name was Timmerene I think but I was never kicked by an admin that I know of cause it was only me and him and there is no ban request for me so that's why I am confused.

I am just about to retire from my first gen and I have just figured out that I am going to use the Athenian build thanks to this guide. Thank you for posting this guide it helped me greatly to decide what class to go for my second gen and probably beyond that

I just started playing cRPG and I have been seeing weapons that say Masterwork or heavy before it says what the weapon is. From my understanding from native it means that this weapon gets extra damage. Why I started this topic is to ask how to get these type of weapons since I see no Masterwork weapons on the shop and I see no where to upgrade them. Someone please explain how to get these upgrades.
