cRPG Technical problems / Ping

For some reason I have been getting ping about 20 higher than normal. I usually get 70 now I have 90, it has been this way a couple of weeks. The other day it dropped down to 70 again for a few minutes then went back up again. I have plenty of speed i get about 50mbs usually, I am using a hard wire connection. Can anyone explain to me why this has happened and possibly suggest something I might do to fix it?

Im not just gonna trade 3 loom points for one of these things, that would be pointless. But if you want to offer one and some money, or would like 2 loom points from me with some money from me for an item, that would be good. Or if you want to just offer money. I am just trying to get more than I would by just looming myself.
