Is anyone else sick of these ridiculously inflated prices on the marketplace?

Well here is a solution, turn it into an auction house. When you put it up for sale people can bid on it. This of course only works for pure gold. Therefore, there you can still trade items, but when you want to sell something for gold it goes on an auction for X amount of time.
In order to stop people using their friends to boost the price, all bids cost a certain amount of money and 5-10% of the ending price goes to the house. This money is then redistributed to poor players who have no monies.

Alright, i noticed recently alot of whining about being bumped by cav and all that.

So here are two suggestions that might change how cav works.

1)
When a cav bumps an infantry person, there is a small % chance of the cav being bumped himself and his horse taking damage (dependant on the armor).
This has been tried before and didn't work (yes it was my suggestion, and yes it ended up stupid). But the idea now is that you give cav what I call the "charge mode" button.
+ When cav presses this button, they get immunity from being bumped by collisions and gained an increase amount of charge damage for a certain amount of time. A small armor increase is also a possiblity (armour of valour!)
- The balance would be that during this time, while horse speed is maintained, horse maneuverability is decreased substantially (would require testing as to the amount). This means that once a cav starts charging it is now dedicated to this charge, as aborting it will not work very well. So if the cav suddenly sees 5 pikes ahead, he is pretty much fucked.

The exception to this is that while attempting a couch, the cav ignores being bumped.

2)
Allowing infantry to brace themselves against a horse charge by blocking upwards. If you know you are about to be bumped, you start blocking upwards to "ready yourself" for the coming bump. This would lead to decreased damage to the infantry as well as the chance of being knocked down being decreased.
At the same time, the chance of the cav being bumped by the collision is increased as well.


Lastly, I think a change like this would mean that cav require a larger radius of stabby lance range, since with the current small range its difficult to avoid bumping infantry...

Basically this applies to all weapons.
If you have a drawn back weapon or are currently attacking, your turning speed is massively slowed down with WSE. This is to counteract lolstabs and spinthrusts and all this silliness.

A) All weapon thrusts and overheads cause turning rate slowdown both left and right. Thrust more so than overheads
B) Swinging left slows down the turning rate to the right.
C) Swinging right slows down the turning rate to the left.
D) Drawing back a ranged weapon has the same effect  (probably crossbows less than other throwing weapons).
E) Cav Melee is the exception. While on the horse they can turn as usual with a drawn weapon, but after release their turning speed is also slowed down.

The idea is to commit a player to an attack and this may be kind of cool.
Wouldn't want this just done on the main servers, but a test of this system might be cool. I basically stole it of some Jedi Academy mod that had more realistic saber fights.

It's quite simple.
For every Riding Skill you have above the requirement, you gain a small amount to every stat the horse has. +2 For HP and +1 for everything else
If you have 7 riding and go on a sumpter, the stats go from:

hit points: 90
body armor: 10
difficulty: 2
speed: 33
maneuver: 37
charge: 9
to
hit points: 100
body armor: 15
difficulty: 2
speed: 38
maneuver: 42
charge: 14

A courser on the other hand would only get this:
hit points: 102
body armor: 19
difficulty: 6
speed: 47
maneuver: 42
charge: 25

An arabian warhorse would get nothing.

The idea is to represent a superior riding being able to get more out of a horse than someone who doesn't have as much training.
Obviously this goes on top of whatever loom bonus your horse has

It's simple:
Step one: Take an Ammo Rack
Step two: Take a horse
Step three: Stick ammo rack into horse, horse now dispenses ammo, but is super slow due to ammo rack in its derriere.
Step four: ride horse along with your army, they get ammo.
Step five: Make upkeep for this very expensive.
Step six: Go masturbate?
Step seven: Reduce max amount of ammo archers can carry, make them dependent on supply lines.
Step eight: Create a horse called "Wooki's Whores" thats a courser with +1 speed that only Wooki gets for this awesome suggestion.

Game Balance Discussion / [Stats] Buff the Arabian Warhorse

Right, lets look at the stats of the arabian warhorse
hit points: 90
body armor: 10
difficulty: 7
speed: 41
maneuver: 48
charge: 20

This is a level 7 horse. The very epitome of riding, mounted death. Only the most dedicated cav can ride it. They need 21 Agi and they need to give away 7 skill points.
And what do they get? A very mobile rouncey. Seriously, its a very mobile, shitty rouncey.
The rouncey has more Hit Points (5) more armor (6) same speed, less maneuver (7) and same charge. Seriously? This is the best we can get? Thats not enough.
Now i'm not saying this horse should be as fast as a courser, or as strong as a destrier, but damn, it shouldn't be shittier than a rouncey. WTF?
Suggested stats:
hit points: 110
body armor: 20
difficulty: 7
speed: 44
maneuver: 48 (maybe 47 if you are gonna be assholes about it)
charge: 26
Cost: 450000

This may seem like its a big buff, but remember, this is the highest level horse apparently. It requires dedicated cav to pull off, and I think that dedication should be rewarded.

The stats shown here are not related to the poll. The poll is if it should be buffed in general, the stats are just my suggestion.
