cRPG Technical problems / Huge ping increase on NA servers

For the past couple weeks, my ping his gone from a steady 65-70 to 90-110, and it's constant.
It's really hard for me to keep playing this game when my swings/blocks are delayed.
Anyone else experiencing this? Did the NA servers get re-located? Any response on this issue would be much appreciated!

Blatant horse-bump + slash at the beginning of the round for no reason, without apology. The guy probably had a bad day; regardless, he should take some time off and maybe go outside.

Diplomacy / War Were Declared

We the students of Freemont Community College approach the fine people of New and Old Calradia to announce our intent to wage war against the KuTT and their Oppressive Emperor, Tanken the Muted.
KuTT has claimed to be doing naught but frolicking in the snow, making snow angels and having snowball fights within their forts. But the snow only covers up the cold, heartless stone beneath. They have exhibited dishonorable behavior toward us; please allow me to bring their most heinous crimes into the light for Unholy Judgement. The flames from their forges burn bright, ringing thunderously in the night with the birth of every new weapon with which to supply our enemies. This does not sit well with our people. They sent a spy into our communications network and then unashamedly misled the world about our intentions. They have repeatedly stolen S&D from hard-working and innocent Calradians, gleefully depleting the resources required to sustain a commoner’s way of life.
And what about the smaller nations that these vicious Tyrants have trampled over? Emperor Tanken has bullied these people out of their abodes thus creating a tragedy that makes even the gods weep. We desire to right the wrong they have inflicted upon these people and allow them to rise up into independence. We beckon the valiant warriors of these lands to release their burning passion, fueled by a seething hatred of The Oppressor.
Emperor Tanken rules with an iron-fist by prohibiting his own people from speaking with the other factions. He keeps the majority of his people in slave labor, toiling away in the cold winter to create goods that Tanken and his trusted advisors can sell to get even richer. The word “Free” is not a mere title of our home, but an ideal we believe in. We have come to liberate all the hard-working New Calradians. To help them to create a future they can call their own. Today is a beautiful day, my friends, for it is not only a bright beginning, but it is also an end. We shall usher forth a new era emancipated from the manipulation of the Tyrant of the North.
Many men and women will be dying soon. I advise you all to hold your offspring tight and make sweet love to your spouses. Make haste into the fray. Raise your swords high. Thrust your spears or other phallic-like objects into the air. Let your battle-cries reverberate against the snowy mountains.
May your actions be brave.
May your deeds be honorable.
May the gods and goddesses deem us worthy to enter Valhalla.
