literally the weirdest technique of benching ive ever seen.  I also have a hard time believing that would be allowed in tournaments and things, kind of defeats the purpose of benching.

OMG, OK, I will explain it for you, there is a special technique known as arch, which is used to press more kg's. It is used in competitions. It is not like a normal bench pressing Arnold did.

Don is right,  it is the strongest technique to benchpress within the strong man rules.  For me it just isnt an actual bench press and I personally I dont like the technique and pressing with supporting shirts, hence the sidenote in my first post. Non the less she is strong as hell for a girl of her stature,  and its fucking impressive.  Dont see why you guys are getting on dons back for that,  he just posted a cool vid and we should be happy about it : )

specially cause it induced a bunch of arny vids,  which is always sweet ^^
