4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
Just playing some dtv with my archer alt Alexandra, the bots on the map were stuck i believe and Kapikulu_Onur_DT killed the viscount without a poll or something else. Next map i polled a ban for him wich got rejected. A few map later i was playing with my cav alt Alex and i teamhitted someone by accident, i said sorry. A few sec later Melih_Grey_Wolf polled a ban and it passed with 53%.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
Because i tried to banpoll Kapikulu_Onur_DT for killing the V.

Well, guy named Melih_Grey_Wolf is rollin around HRE server spaming with caps, trolling n leeching. Would be nice if someone give him a warn or somethin...
