Title: autoblock v4.02 (only selling to clans) | update: 28/03/2013

I recently thought it was time to update our autoblocks and started working a bit. most clans agreed and gave me the codes of their autoblocks. i took out the bad parts and combined the good parts of each different autoblock. what i got is -i must say- a never seen piece of art.

FEATURES:
*No more visual clues that make the autoblock detectable (e.g. automatic downblock when there is no attack in coming) for this i looked at the DTV autoblock. it was quite easy to remove a few lines of code. So basically this wont happen with this version:

*100% accurate blocking all the time.
*If you are being attacked from multiple attack directions, this autoblock will choose to block the most dangerous attack(s). This means it calculates what direction is should block in to get as little damage as possible.

*Anti-feint mechanism: if you hold your block up, the block will still change direction depending on from where the attack is coming. You dont have to release it anymore to change to another direction. Tests have proven this extremely effective against spammers/feinters
*Smart AI swing tracker: if somebody stands behind you and swings at you,  the block will move towards the weapon. In alot of amateuristic autoblock versions (especially those of blackfist and cotgs), i saw that if somebody does a right swing in your direction, the autoblock will automatically do a left block. however, a right swing that comes from behind should be blocked by a right block. I fixed this problem in my version, so it wont be a problem anymore.

*Automatic block assist option (this is an option, you will be able to turn it on/off): this option makes your autoblock also active while you are not holding your right mouse button. While you are fighting, this option will automatically block incoming attacks. This makes it very easy and therefor can be seen as stupid, it might just make the game boring and annoying when you have no free will over when you block and when not.

I intentionally didnt add a automatic chamber blocker because when i tried one on native, i found it extremely annoying that i couldnt choose where my attack would go. It often automatically decide to attack in a direction that made no sense, my attacks kept glancing because i couldnt position my body good enough so it actually did damage.

PRICES:
I am only selling to clans because i dont want randommers to use it and spread the download link. I will also only trade to big clans to be able to do big transactions instead of a thousand small ones.

basic price: 500k
small clan price: 200k (if the clan has less than 20 members)
price with discount for the clans that helped me by giving me their autoblock codes: 100k

These clans are: HRE, Fallen, blackfist, Druzhina, byzantium, deserters, knights templar, kapikulu and SOA

Once the marketplace trade is done, i will send a download link and further information how to install.

PROBLEMS?:
This autoblock version has already been tested, so its certainly safe and undetectable. but if their are any bugs or malfunctions, feel free to report them so i can check what the problem is. You can always find me on IRC (norulesjustplay) or on steam (no_rules_just_play)

*I already found out that if you use the steam overlay without starting steam as administrator, some errors might occur.
*If a patch comes out, the autoblock will probably not work anymore. If this happens, open command prompt and simply type 'run autoblock402' this will add the codes and files again. This should look like this:

*At the end of the installation you will probably get a virus threat warning. just click it away, this is a virus indeed. There is no other way to change certain code lines in the directory field.

COPYRIGHT:
If you use this autoblock, it is obvious that you can not share it with others except for the members of your clan. If you break this agreement, you will be excommunicated from any further development for better autoblocks, you wont get any updates and nobody will share his cheats with your anymore.

Well...tbh he did just admit that he is selling/going to sell Autoblocking(hacking) programs to certain groups of people. They can take it very seriuslly and not as a joke if they want to. He probably got banned for reals and he is going to have to beg the shit out of em to get unbanned, is my quess...... :rolleyes: The admins have a very cruel sense of humor u know. I would like to comment on this masterpiece of an unban request:

"BANNED???? WTF?"

The text has got a very emotional title. Using capitalized letters adds the tension that is necessary for the recipient to continue reading. The inflationary use of question marks is another adequate stylistic device. Using only two would not be sufficient as an allusion on the author's feelings behind the essay. Three could be misunderstood as a reference to Trinity, while five and more would be chaotic, so four are really the perfect amount.  Making use of abbreviations like "WTF" (meaning What The Fuck, Water The Flowers, Wipe The Floor or Wait Til Friday; however, here it clearly indicates that the author wants the recipient to Water The Flowers) does not only seem sophisticated but also matches the target group, an online-game community.

The economical use of punctuation marks makes the essay harder to understand, which should be considered positive as it encourages the reader to first think about the text itself, then about the unban appeal it contains. That the author decided for exclamination and question marks as the only punctuation marks again puts emphasis on his emotions.

The little brother is introduced as the antagonist. The sympathy is clearly distributed in favor of the author while the little brother seems to deserve hatred.

Using generalizing words like "always" and "you admins" displays that the author is able to distinguish between single cases and universial nuisances.

"Fuck you" is a nice way to end such a professional unban request.

In summary, if this was an unban essay, I'd give 5 out of 5.

Clans GAVE you their autoblockers for free, which they worked hard on. Now you're actually asking money from those who made this new and awesome autoblocker possible in the first place! Shame on you! The clans who donated their codes for you should get their share for free!

Hey, as you may or may not know I am using a maul.

I decided that maul is a very difficult weapon. Mashing overhead while needing to block at the same time is too skill-intensive for me to pull off successfully.

Thus I would like to apply for your new autoblock v4.02™ to show all the noobs in da yard just how truly skilled I really am.

yes, the autoblock is double. if a teammate will cause greater damage than a attacking enemy, you will block your teammate.

Only newbies block with their weapons nowadays. Real pros join a big clan and poke enemies from safe distance, while their clanmates play role of funny, running around, screaming in teamspeak meatshield.

Despite the obvious trolling i would have perma banned him from this forum if that was up to me.

Will confuse new players very easily, will make them frustrated, feel like the moron that gets owned because he is one of the few that plays fair.
Though innocent, might ruin the game for newer players.

rantrex is member of the grey order and uses autoblock too. its not because the grey order didnt participate on the list, that they dont have their own autoblock. they just didnt want to share it. rantrex is just complaining about people with more advanced autoblocks than the grey order autoblock.
