ivani4 vs Aldelen - Hide Details
- Battle time: 09.07., 08:06
- Battle duration: 02m50s
- Army size: 49 vs 500
- Battle result: 47 vs 492
- Winner: Attacker
I though that attacker must have 1/3 of defender troops to attack and take the village... so I was very surprised when I saw that Aldelen belongs now to Peacebreakers.
Devs please confirm if something has changed or this is a bug.

That's what I was always under the assumption of. But for some reason I believe that only works with open field battles, not for attacking/raiding fiefs? Guess a dev will have to clarify

Doesn't work on fiefs. Only on field armies so you can't "lock down" armies forever.

So if this is true, that means 10 naked people can take the city, kinda weird...

Only if the defenders are too derp to not show up.
Besides, the succesfull 49vs500 attacks are usually just fief transfers.

8am is not the best hour to defend whatever, people are not the robots

I don't know the specifics, but I know DRZ took over an AI city with like 1% of the force the city had (they were able to take over spawn points with their tiny amount of troops).
Personally I never liked the "you need to have 1/3 army size" to attack, and I still think that only applies to attacking people, not fiefs.

There's a reason why they have that. First strat people would abuse the shit out of 1k versus 5 armies to stop the armies for days!

I agree, if what I described is accurate I do like that system (so you can't hold up armies for days), but I like that you can suicide attack a fief with a small army (since the fiefs don't move on the map).
