Every game set in the semi-realistic medieval department is great, because it draws more people into the genre, and we all profit from that in terms of larger interest for the genre.

So many medieval games coming up, but in the end they all tell me the same thing: if you want something done properly, do it yourself  :wink:
Phew, Project Asinus is not going to be a spacegame.

I love how these guys are using Kickstarter as a way to avoid publishers and distributors taking a cut, very clever.

I thought this game had like free directional blocking? That you had to block in the direction of the incoming attack, cause that sounded pretty good.

played Age of Chivalry  but this new standalone game seems less arcadeish and that's what i want for a melee/hybrid game , no spin thrusts , no unbelieveable feints wielding a polearm , slow melee combat wearing heavy armor , no crosshair for archers and the cons are few : 3 person view sucks (maybe is a pro) , no massive battles (maybe they raise server population in the future..) , no directional block like warband , graphic is a bit worst than wotr but who cares.
i'm interested in this and the feedback reapy gave on tw forums make me wish it0s going to the good direction.
