If this is doable, make sure that new players gets a message or a warning window like ''visit the forum before spending anything'' or at least ''read the solid builds thread'' when they log in. Otherwise they will fuck up badly and leave the game at the end. I remember my first build having 22 strength for no reason.

I'm using elite cavalry shield with my shielder and i'm happy with it but i would like to try triangle shield at some point. Comments on that shield?

Since my alt is a flamberge 2h, i didn't feel that much of a difference to be honest, the only thing is i can't carry a shield cause flamberge is unsheatable.

-Shields: Shield difficulty lowered by 1 across the board. Dying to ranged? Try picking up a shield, there's now even more variety.

It might be decent without a shield but i don't see the point on using a 1h sword without a shield unless if you are crossbowman or something ranged. Try it with a shield.
