Also the feint with Q is really annoying because I often press Q before my attack  :|

So, with this i will be able to both block and feint with RMB?

And if i swing, do i need to press once or twice to block? (First one to feint, second to block, or just click once for a block?)

Does this game use Source? If so, it should be a simple matter of editing a text file to get both actions on the same button, or a console command. At least that's how it was in Half-Life 2 and such.

Old one was source, this got its own engine

It's run on Unreal engine...
