[NA] Tears of Destiny

So yea, saw all the Tomek love and decided to expand it to an NA admin. I'm new and I seem to be playing a lot with Tears and I find him/her administration powers to be quite awesome :D
The guide he/she made is also pretty good for new players, I personally took the time to read it and think I became a better player/more respectful player because of it.
Come on guys! Let's show them our love for admins!

Edit: This was written before I realized how bad of an admin Tears is. He cries about people making fun of him on the internet. My internet pixels are prettier then yours so therefore you suck.
