Strategus Issues / Strat Character bugged

My strat char has been bugged for a while, I can't sign up for battles, and I can't transfer my "strategus hero" to a different character, the 7 day timer will show up but the transfer will never go through. This is a problem because I can't transfer my strat char to use the free respec on my high lvl char , can anyone help?

3. Time and server, as accurately as possible - EU_7 12:30 AM GMT+2
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
Valerian and his m8's were standing in front of the gate so I opened it for them, a few of his m8's died to NPCS and he proceeded to ban poll me for "griefing".

Angry Nerds who died to NPCs

Suggestions Corner / Buff Shield bash

Can we have shields give a chance to knockdown and some blunt dmg? Maybe if someone is holding an attack and they are bonked by a shield an instant knockdown? 
. Make the dmg and knockdown percentage based off of your power strike to keep people from abusing it by making super agi shielder trolls.
