Title: Pike on horseback

I am not a fan of exploiters. I saw this on Tuna town and I was unable to decide on the ban list what sub division to put it under so I will put it here and hope some one moves it to the correct spot. Let me make this clear. I am not asking for a ban but for a warning of some kind. After he realized I was not joking about reporting he tried passing it off as a light lance.......to bad for him I was using one when he said that so it was kinda easy to tell he was not telling the truth.

Just want to defend myself here and mention that I don't remember trying to pass it off as a light lance.  Do you have chat logs?

Yeah, because I'm sure partyboy thought Pikes were meant to be used on horseback and it wasn't a bug at all. Regardless, I doubt much will be done over this bug abuse unless someone keeps doing it.

I find it a little unsettling my weapon (pike) is now in the hands of my enemies (cavalry)

=p

I assume it's just a bug that popped up once unsheathable weapons and stuff were added in. They're going to patch it though.................

right?

As much as I hate anything horseback...  Arfo samurai is that shit, and I cracked the fuck up last night when you randomly popped into a server I was in with the generic "BIRD CLAN!"

also does zapper have any admin credentials?  right now i'm going by chadz (the creator and overlord of crpg) decision to make them usable.

Nope. I'm not an admin. But everyone who uses a pike on horse and is seen by an admin gets banned, on IRC they (chadz and the others) say whenever someone ask that using a Pike on horse is bannable. Is that good enough for you, nonbeliever?

This is a weird bug, once I forgot to change from Pike to Lance, and I found myself piking from horseback.

Gonna agree with this. Jumping immediately to a ban worthy offense? Seems pretty silly to get so up in arms about it. A little bug got through. Tell 'em to knock it off. Done.

I don't know if this is because you can bug any weapon like this but I saw a guy using the English bill on a horse today.

In wasn't able to reproduce this on EU_3 this morning. I tried with a normal pike and mounted my horse, the pike was automaticly sheathed. You probably need to have a damaged pike or something.

I had this bug when i get off my horse and took a pike from the ground, after winning the round I was on the horse again, still holding the pike in my hands...

You do it by equipping the pike before the round starts, it'll be the weapon you start out holding on your horse.
