Removing offending maps from rotation is the way to go.

Won't solve the problem 100 %. There are maps that are great with few people, and awful when there's many, and same thing reversed.

Polls are not the way to go unfortunately. Recruiting of decent in-game admins is the way to go, but it sounds easier than it is.

An archer is a support troop. He shouldnt be able to hold the line or even to charge in melee. He should run. And cavalry should ride him down. Thats his destiny.

This is crpg, so no, what you're stating is not correct.

While running is a valid tactic to get help maybe if you have 3 stacks of arrows equipped you get a speed penalty like having 2 shields.

This would make people that use only a bow not super runners while an archer that uses only 2 slots for arrows having no penalty.

That's actually a very good idea

Archery is fine now, it is a support class like it should be, not the king of the cRPG foodchain. You can still get good scores and top the scoreboard but you need skill

The archers that topped the scoreboards pre-patch were also the skilled ones, so no major difference there.
