I can't confirm if this is true or not, could be trolling. However, you'd have to imagine how easy it would be to get M&B keys for 5 bucks and just get a ton of looms that way.
You can't trade them or make them anything else from them. They are just static +3 looms. And you can't use 3 weapons at the same time anyway. Just 1.
So look at it as 1 armor and 1 weapon that you can't do anything about. Get it?
So they are stuck on that character and the account and cant be traded or anything like that?

all I ask is where are the veterans rewards? we want rewards for sticking by the game for years. even when the games has had 20 people on EU and NA servers ive still kept going but now you just shit on us and say here new players have 4 +3 for free not like it took vets 1 year to earn that stuff. :?

Veteran rewards are hopefully new players to slaughter. By skill, not by crutching on gear..I don't have skill I relay on my +3 to help me compete but now that's gone down the shitter.

If these items are pre-selected, untradeable and so on, why not just give them to all players? I don't see why you wouldn't give everyone a chance to use some generic, semi decent looms.make the items +1 or +2 and let them be able to swap them for only a low value items.

So plenty of motivation to keep grinding. Or would you rather it would be that devs stole looms and levels from old players?

I think this would be something good that you run by the community before releasing it. Not complaining, it's good for the newer people, but maybe everybody should get a starter kit? I've been playing for a little less than 5 months and i have 1 Masterwork item, some people play years and have 20 MW items. I think it would be more fair if everybody got a starter kit.don't think anyone should get any free +3 you should earn them like the rest of us, also make the level back to what they where so that new players stand a better chance.

Give all the noobs all the heirlooms they want man, I wouldnt care less. This patch isnt making it any easier for the noob players though. They will have to compete with level 37 and more builds with a level 25 char. If any, this patch just has broken the little balance the game had, makes all more messy and everyone runs like a sumpter horse. I cant see how a horde of agi whores on steroids can be "good" for new players. Really. Its a patch for low pingers, agi whores and spammers. Good luck fighting a 21/27 2h hero guy with ping under 20 with your brand new 3 heirlooms and your level 25 char...your right I cant play melee in NA anymore cant handle to agi whores :D

Edit: I read rest of stuff you wrote and noticed you've been using words such as "reward", "deserve", "hard work". Caught myself with exactly the same attitude and that's pretty much the reason why I stopped playing this mod. Unhealthy attitude. Not sure can I blame chadz for that or not, can't be sure he did it on purpose. Is it some nefarious plot to observe people developing unhealthy attitude after prolonged exposure to cRPG mod or it is just a man playing with fire without knowing what can happen if a person isn't careful.
Anyway, I'm sure chadz has learned his lesson and will make sure this doesn't happen in his future projects.

Newbies will get like a MW Wimple and a few MW weapons they might not want to use and can't exchange for anythingits Still good weapons though +3 War Spear, +3 Two Handed Sword, +3 Knightly Arming Sword and +3 White Tunic over mail. also going back to my questions before where are the rewards to vet players for playing this game for years. I have been playing for years and crpg hasn't given me shit for no special items, no gold nothing not even a fun a event every weekend.

I dont think its unfair to give them those looms, but its totally outdated how you treat players with their existing looms... come on i even reforged a fucking item cause yesterday there for sure was no exchange button. Thx for wasting 8 million xp on me. Why cant we exchange one item every week....be no point of a marketplace then
