If an enemy thrower dies - you can pick up his 0 heavy axes pack - it looks like just an axe lying on the ground. When you pick it up - you have 0 throwing axes but you have an axe in your hand. You can't throw it but you can switch it to melee. If you switch to any other weapon in your pack then you can't switch back to that axe.

Sort of fixed in next update... but for a proper fix (i.e. no 0 ammo items dropped we'll need to update the server as well).
