What files do you need? I doubt I'd know anything that you and Dupre don't already know, but I've hosted many Aus cRPG servers in the past, as recently as last year without any problems and would be happy to help if I can. I remember it only worked using Warband dedicated server version 1.143 for some reason. Don't give up, skeletons!

I can start the game now with the new launcher, but it does not find any servers .... halp

Just be patient and make sure you aren't looking at your favourites list. New servers have different IPS so will not show in your old favourites. Search for them in internet and wait as they show up towards the very end of the search.

Once you have added them to favourites again then they will show up quickly by looking under favourites next time.
