Maybe once a week or once a month to draw players, but if higher multi happens more frequently, then that will just become the new norm.

Regular xp events will eventually not increase the playerbase, and drain it on the non-xp-bonus times.

I'm all up for more events, but not reward based. Things like pumpkins witches and perhaps in the future giant teddybears.
