Scottish Highlander and his childish ways Needs to be dealt With

On 3/26/13 i observed the player Scottish Highlander wearing a cute puppy as a banner. I know people may argue it was originally a native american symbol or whatever but with red and black as the colors it is not what was intended. I also observed him saying he as a chocolate chip cookie aka N.A.Z.I (u know what i mean) and think that this kind of conduct should not be allowed in CrPG.

After being asked to change it he did not, and continued to say he was a chocolate chip cookie.

I was really confused when I first looked at this thread... but then I realized forum censors were running amok! made the thread very well odd.
