If you start recently or you retired this is how you lvl very fast using DTV!
Go to any dtv server that don't have players.
When your lvl below 15 you only get last waves of enemies.So instead fighting 7 enemies you fight only one and get full exp and gold.
In first wave you get weren with stuff,kill him with scythe or buy a stuff from market.
Be patient,and use polearm stun.
Don't rush,and don't upgrade your proficiency in polearms if you don't want to use them trough all game.
If you ask why,because it is stupid. You waste points,and it is usless because your speed is same with 70 points or 1 point.
After first wave no matter if you die or live you will get 1 k of exp.
If you kill the bandit in next wave you will get 3k of exp and 100+ gold
if you kill shik (it is possible even if your lvl is 2) you get 4-5k exp
next comes mylet he will give you over 5k of exp and 200+ gold
next wave is sea rider,and bot that look like mylet but it have flamberge. If you dont have low roof or rock to glich them you will die.
if you die you will get 3k if win 7k exp i think.
So you just repeat this for an hour and you will be like lvl 15 or more,and you will have diecent weapons and armor.
It is very fast gain and you can't get this much exp playing on siedge or battle (maybie you can,but you need to have x5,and it is wery boring to play when you are low lvl).
another strategy how to easily kill waves of enemies alone.
you need to be over 22 lvl,and server need to have less then 10 players. If it have more there is too many bots and they will probably kill you in last wave.
So the main goal is to go in front of group, not far from bots spawn where you have space.
Grab some long and powerful sword (i recommend war cleaver and sword of war) and after bots spawn walk backwards,and bots will slowly form a line walking one behind others.
Afther they form a line you just swing over you head and kill them all. They cant reach you,and you can kill them.
If you encounter cav you just go backwards to higher ground . Block lance attack and then swing,block attack,then swing. So easy.
