"All thine hard work" - doesn't work for alts?

Does it not give items to craft in strat? I don't see why it shouldn't... I like to have variety and i got it 3 times on my alt... And I hardly get it on my main... So how come I don't get to craft the items I got from my alt?? Unless I got it three times for my gloves or something...

I'd be happy if it would at least come on the main sometimes. I'll soon finish 1 gen without even once getting the chadztext.
