One guy saw the whole situation... hes name start something on V... what proofs u expect ? could not do the SS coz he did not killed me ... just left me 1 hp i think coz hp bar was empty.

Well, the lack of proof + a witness's statement...
I would suggest you avoid revenge teamhitting in the future. Unless you feel like making unban threads.
