Server is set up. I don't want money from anyone for it.

I am about to order a 45 slot server with a Dedicated Core through Jestservers.
Currently, I have located the server in Texas but this is by no means permanent.
Before I go with Jestservers, can anyone give me a better alternative?
Also, once I have the server set up, I need to obtain these infamous ATS maps.

Interest has been expressed in setting up a new small battle server for the North American Community.
I am willing to finance a top-tier 45 man server based in Chicago (or wherever the community desires).
However, It would be unfortunate if I were to set up the server and have no one play in it because it does not give experience or gold.
How easy is it to get a server connected to the database, and who should I talk to about getting that done?
