Hello there, Byzantium have just changed domain for our new website and we're looking for  somebody that can create and design it. Unfortunately we can't offer moneyz, but I do have 3 loom points from the tournament which I can donate. So if anybody is interested and knows how to make a website, then plz post here or message me. I will need to see some past work or evidence of your skill so I know your legit .

All were looking for is a home page with a forum, if anybody's interested let me know. tyty

Events & Tournaments / EU Melee betting

I thought it would be fun to set up some betting for the last few rounds of the tournament.

This is how its going to work, person A buts an offer for a match. So for example he says I bet player 1 50 k . Then somebody has to match that bet by saying , I match person A's bet. This means that you think player 2 will win.

So post here in the thread your bets and post if you want to match somebody's bet. Ill record it all here on the first post, who has matched who's bet. DONT POST BETS FOR FUTURE MATCHES, so don't place a bet on a match that hasn't been scheduled yet like betting on the final already. Only bet on the current matches.

Use http://challonge.com/ocrpg1v1 to see who's fighting who.

I'll start us off, I bet 50 k on Pho beating Druzhina_Borey.

EDIT : If 2 people match 1 bet the first person to post gets the match.

EDIT : If a person doesn't turn up for there fight, then the bet is VOID

EDIT : Please read through the thread before making a bet, somebody may have already made your bet and I can only match you if you say I match XXX bet !

Edit : you cant bet against your self, So if your playing you cant bet that your opponent will beat you. You can however bet that you will win.

Personally I'm looking out for the Yilwina vs bloody death fight in the first half and the Atze/Chambergod (bossludolf)  vs phase/herezy fight ( who ever gets to fight out of them)

General Discussion / Trainings for new players

Hey guys, I've noticed a lot of talk on the forums recently about new players and how we can greet them better so they stick around. So I've got quite a bit of free time recently and I'm more than happy to spend a couple hours a day to help train any new players that want to learn. It would be ideal if you use team speak as it would make the process much easier. What I would be doing, would be very similar to how I was trained back in shogunate days, where we were given a mentor and sent to the duel server to go through the basics. So if anybody is interested in any 1 on 1 sessions just drop me a pm for a time when your available and hop on ts and ill do my best to try and improve your game

There are many many experienced players who are still around, much who are probably more suited for this than me, so if anybody else would like to offer there services just drop your name here too. The more the merrier.

I'm, not sure if this was meant to be removed but it was a harmless mechanic that provided a bit of fun and variety. It may be unrealistic but who cares, its always amusing to watch some 1 fight with his fists and win because he can chamber . So bring fist chambering back !!!
