You banned me for a kickpoll, without any warning nor kick. You could have asked me for the reason of the kickpoll, in which I would have stated it was a joke (I didn't actually want Habi kicked, and obviously kick poll wouldn't go through).

Instead of banning me, you can simply disable the polls. I do not think this type of trigger happiness should be acceptable.

Another admin that is biased, that's great.

Actually you can call yourself lucky Uther and Austrian handled those last 2 incidents Bjord, considering the amount of bans you piled up by now. I was already asking you yesterday if you are sure you dont need cool off break. Now, not even a day later I already see 2 new complaints. An admin just warning you for something you darn well know is against the rules is goodwill on part of the admin, not a right you have.

So this admin banned me a couple of hours ago for double spawning while it actually wasn't my intention to double spawn. I died very early in the round with a shit K/D and as I always do I decided to rejoin like the huge bundle of sticks I am because I care about my K/D. I joined the server and accidentally double spawned.

I typed in chat "oops" and got killed without me resisting. I also didnt do any damage to other players and going to spectator wasn't an option too because I care too much about my kd. After I died I tried to explain to him that I didn't double spawn on purpose but it seems like he just straight away banned me.

The ban was unnecessary and way too harsh as no one besides Austri complained or got butthurt about the fact I accidentally doublespawned.

Should've been a 2/4 hour ban instead of a 1 day ban. I don't think you would ban your own clanmates for 1 day if they had done the same as I did.

I still think it was unnecessary to ban me for 1 day for something that caused no harm to anyone on the server. Its not like I had the intention to doublespawn.

I once got banned for 1 week by Fin for accidently misspelling a voice command in our Krems chat, sometimes a not bad intention doesnt count  :|

Not the way to go, to learn the voice commands, he should've forced you to go play 10 hours of cRPG within a day.
