Title: [Small problem] Send message to admins key

There is no option to define a key for "Send Message to Administrators". The default I key stands for inventory window in control settings and if you change it to any other key - it doesn't work anyway.

Module problem, not client. I'll change that to inventory window for the next cRPG version.
