STR NOT FOUND, c-RPG launcher is fucked, can't play!

Recently everytime I launch c-RPG all I get is this:

(click to show/hide)

And then if I try to press play I get:

(click to show/hide)

I've tried repairing the launcher multiple times, and I've done a full re-install of c-RPG about 4 times. Ran in admin mode, all that and nothing has fixed it. Anyone got any ideas?
