General Discussion / (Re)Design the Dracul Banner! Looking for artists! Paying in gold!

So the lovely little clan of Dracul is thinking of redesigning our banner as we are purchasing a banner slot. I am personally offering 30,000 gold to the person who can capture our essence and similarities but with something new and refreshing, and something that looks good on a tabbard! 
I remember back when banners first came out quite a few clans had their banners designed by someone who had some experience in graphic design and thus they came out rather splendid, this is the type of thing I'm looking for. But even if you aren't that person that's fine, I just want to pay someone to make us a sweet banner.
So we need something with our clan colors, which are blue and gold. You can use others as well, as long as the major areas are our colors.
And if possible we'd like it to be similar to our previous banner (Wallachian Coat of Arms) which is simply this;
We will of course coordinate with you and give our input along the way, and their may be extra gold if you really capture our essence or it just comes out outstanding.
TLDR; We need banner. We pay you, you make banner.
